USA Sports is proud to offer gymnastics classes for children ages 18 months and up!!! Our students will learn age appropriate developmental skills and progressions.  Our goal is to provide a clean, safe and fun learning environment for all children to feel welcome and meet their potential.  Our coaching are USAG safety certified and trained. Coaches 18 & up are live scanned and finger printed! At USA Sports we feel it is a privilege to coach our students!!! 

USA Sports Recreational Classes:

TINI TOT ages 18-36 months - A parent participation Co-Ed  class, focusing on a more structured way of building confidence, coordination, balance, small and large motor skills, and social skills! All while learning fun beginner gymnastics!

Kangaroo ages 3-4 year old - Co-Ed pre-beginner class with accent on fun!  Introduction to basic gymnastics to improve strength, balance, motor skills, coordination, self-discipline and motor control!

Mighty Mites ages 4-5 (invite from kangaroo only) - A class for talented and attentive 4-5 year old with an emphasis on developing more gymnastics skills. Students are introduced to all gymnastic equipment along with learning proper technique and safety in a nurturing environment!  

STAR 1 girls ages 5-8 years old - A beginner gymnastics class that serves as an introduction to all gymnastics apparatus.  Proper technique and safety are introduced along with increasing self-esteem, strength and flexibility! This class uses an  evaluation for the move up process!

Star 2 girls ages 9 & up - This class offers girls ages 9 up to learn beginner gymnastics and serves as an introduction to gymnastics apparatus.  Proper technique and safety are introduced along with self-esteem, strength and flexibility! 

This class uses an evaluation for the move up process to the next class!

SHOOTING STAR (invite from star) - An intermediate beginner gymnastics class that is building on skills achieved in the Star 1 & 2 class.  This class uses an evaluation for the move-up process to the next class!

STRIPE girls ages 6 & up (invite from Shooting Star) - An advanced beginner gymnastics class that is building on skills achieved in the Shooting Star class. This class uses  an evaluation for the move up process to the next class!

RAINBOW girls ages 6 & up (invite from Stripe) - An advance gymnastics class with focus on form, strength, agility, and technique.  Requires back-handspring, front pull-over, back walk-over. Prepares the gymnast for long-term goals within the sport of gymnastics!
