Preschool Gymnastics

 

Diaper Dashers – 1 year old or walking

(This is a parent/adult participation class)

This class focuses on building confidence and social skills by incorporating obstacle courses, tumble track (trampolines), beams, bars, floor and circle time.  They will learn and grow by rolling, climbing, stretching, jumping and running.  Bubbles and Stamps await them at the end of class!

Tiny Tots – 2 year olds

(This is a parent/adult participation class)

This class focuses on building confidence and social skills by incorporating obstacle courses, tumble track (trampolines), beams, bars, floor and circle time.  They will learn and grow by rolling, climbing, stretching, jumping and running.  This class builds on skills they learned in Diaper Dasher while re-enforcing those basic skills and building more independence.  Bubbles and Stamps await them at the end of class!

Kangaroo – 3 & 4 year olds

Whether you have completed Diaper Dashers and/or Tiny Tots and are moving up to Kangaroo or you are brand new to gymnastics, Kangaroo is a great class for 3 & 4 year olds!   This class focuses on building confidence, coordination, strength and social skills by incorporating obstacle courses, tumble track (trampolines), beams, bars, floor and more.  This is often their first class without parental help. Along with Gymnastics they will learn to line up, follow their teacher, wait their turn, cheer for their classmates, colors, shapes and more!

Girls Recreational Gymnastics

 

Mighty Mite – by invitation only after completing Kangaroo or equivalent

This class is for talented and attentive 4 & 5 year olds that are ready to move on with skills at a little faster pace than Kangaroo.  This class focuses on building confidence, coordination, strength and social skills by incorporating obstacle courses, tumble track (trampolines), beams, bars, floor and more.

Star 1 ages 5 – 8

This is a beginning Gymnastics Class.  They will learn basic skills on Floor (tumbling), Bars, Beam and Vault.  This is a great introduction to gymnastics in a structured and positive learning environment.  Star 1 is a great class to build strength, coordination and confidence!

Star 2ages 9 & up

(This class has the same curriculum and skill set as Star 1 but is for Older girls.)

This is a beginning Gymnastics Class.  They will learn basic skills on Floor (tumbling), Bars, Beam and Vault.  This is a great introduction to gymnastics in a structured and positive learning environment.  Star 2 is a great class to build strength, coordination and confidence!

Shooting Star – by invitation only after completing Star 1 or Star 2 or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have gotten their “Star” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Shooting Star they will learn the next level of skills.

Stripe – by invitation only after completing Shooting Star or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have achieved their “Shooting Star” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Stripe they will learn the next level of Skills.

Rainbow – by invitation only after completing Stripe or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have achieved their “Stripe” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Stripe they will learn the next level of Skills as well as spend more time in the gym to build strength and skills.

Liberty – by invitation only after completing Rainbow or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have achieved their “Rainbow” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Stripe they will learn the next level of Skills as well as spend more time in the gym to build strength and skills.

 

Boys Recreational Gymnastics

 

Dynamo Boys –  by invitation only after completing Kangaroo or equivalent

This class is for talented and attentive 4 & 5 year old boys that are ready to move on with skills at a little faster pace than Kangaroo.  This class focuses on building confidence, coordination, strength and social skills by incorporating obstacle courses, tumble track (trampolines), beams, bars, floor and an introduction to boys equipment.

Red Boys – ages 5 & up

This is a beginning Gymnastics Class.  They will learn basic skills on Floor (tumbling), Pommel Horse, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Rings and Vault.  This is a great introduction to gymnastics in a structured and positive learning environment.  Red Boys is a great class to build strength, coordination and confidence!

 Green Boys – by invitation only after completing Red Boys or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have gotten their “Red Boys” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Green Boys they will learn the next level of skills.

 Blue Boys – by invitation only after completing Green Boys or equivalent

This class is for gymnasts that have been tested and have gotten their “Green Boys” skills on Floor, Bars, Beam, Vault and Strength.  In Blue Boys they will learn the next level of skills as well as spend more time in the gym to build strength and skills.

Competition

 

Pre-Team Levels 1 & 2 – this is by invitation only

These classes are based on USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Compulsory Program.  Levels 1 & 2 are stepping stones to gain the gymnastics skills and strength needed to be ready to start competing at Level 3!  Pre-team is for girls that are showing excellence in skill, flexibility, dedication & love of gymnastics.

Competitive Team Levels 3 & Up – this is by invitation only

Our team is made up of gymnasts that have worked hard and achieved the required skills for Levels 1-3 (& higher) of the USA Gymnastics Compulsory program and are preparing for competition.

Tumbling Classes

 

Tumbling & Trampoline – Beginning ages 5 & up

This is a beginning Tumbling class!  They will learn Forward & Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Flexibility, and other building skills for harder tumbling.

Cheer Tumbling – Beginning – Intermediate age 6 & up

This is a great class for a budding tumbler!  This class will cover the basics of tumbling while helping them build their skills, confidence, strength and flexibility!

Teen Tumbling – Intermediate – Advanced (must have Back Handspring)

This is a more advanced tumbling class.  You must have your Back Handspring, Round-off, and Bridge Kick-over to be in this class.  This class will focus on strengthening skills, connecting skills and learning next level tumbling skills
